My programs are built on one core principle: consistency beats intensity.

Meeting 2-4 times per week with your personal trainer sounds great, but it's not always available cost or scheduling-wise.

 

The truth is, if the 1 time a week we meet is the only time you're working out, it's going to take us a long time to see the results we want, if at all.

That's why all coaching is on a subscription basis so you have guidance all week, not just the day(s) we meet.
 

This way you get:

  • Custom programming 

  • Regular coaching check-ins

  • Ongoing program adjustments
